New Clients

An individual session is 55 minutes. My fee is $150 for a session. I also provide a sliding scale. During an initial free consultation we can discuss your needs, concerns and establish the fee. If it turns out that you need a lower fee than I can offer, I will be happy to assist you with a referral.

A number of insurance companies pay "out of network" benefits. I provide you with a monthly statement to submit to your insurance company. Services may be reimbursable in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

Please check your coverage by asking your insurance company the following:

Does my plan cover mental health or behavioral health benefits on an out of network basis?
What is my annual deductible and has any part of it been met this year?
How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
What is the coverage amount reimbursed per therapy session?
Is primary care physician approval required?

Payment
I accept check or cash at the time of service.

Cancellations
I ask that you provide 24 hours notice when canceling a session. You will be charged for a cancellation made less than 24 hours before our appointment time.
